Steris, Swindon

This project consisted of converting an existing warehouse/office into a testing laboratory facility with a clean room and incubator rooms. The contractor works included fitting out the existing offices, a new mezzanine floor, cleanroom, incubator rooms, changing rooms, laboratory facilities and a first floor ready for conversion into office space at a later date.
