Steris, Northampton

This project consisted of utilising a brand-new warehouse core unit. The Contract works included the fit out of the office accommodation, new mezzanine, laboratory open space, ancillary rooms and repair workshop spaces. The project provides a repair service facility for NHS medical equipment.

Hallam Read carried out the client monitoring role for the main build and full contract administration for the fit out works. The fit out works included a full laboratory installation, office fit out , toilets and a new mezzanine floor.
