Sovereign Quay

Project Management and Employer’s Agent for the refurbishment and extension of Sovereign Quay, Leeds. The project involved stripping out a building vacated after 15 years, fully remodelling the upper floors, and replacing the old mansard roof with two modern levels featuring glass balustrades and brise soleil. Lower floors were redecorated with open ceilings, linear lighting, upgraded air handling, and glass doors. External work included façade cleaning, window repainting, stone repairs, and a new green roof system to enhance sustainability.
