A 111-unit student accommodation project comprising the conversion of an existing office block and a new-build extension to the rear of the property. The project was successfully delivered within 52 weeks and included the design and installation of an additional floor to the existing structure. By demonstrating the financial and practical benefits of refurbishment over demolition and new construction, we enhanced the project’s value for the client, maximising both efficiency and return on investment.
