Project management and client representation for a development featuring a 252-room hotel (98-room Apart Hotel and 154-room Novotel) alongside £4 million of highway works and a new 43,343ft² four-storey office block. The procurement followed a two-stage tendering process, with the final contract awarded under a JCT 2016 Design and Build agreement, ensuring a streamlined and efficient project delivery.
