Deacon House

A 24-bed student accommodation refurbishment project was procured through a two-stage route. The existing building was stripped back to its structural shell, with all internal floors removed due to their deteriorated condition. The contract was awarded under a JCT 2011 Design and Build agreement, ensuring an efficient and coordinated approach. The project was successfully completed within six months.
