A purpose-built 60,000 ft² production facility for Steris UK (Albert Browne Group), featuring warehousing, production, R&D space, and client-focused offices. Designed by SGP Architects, it includes a glazed frontage for office areas and a steel-frame portal warehouse. The project encompassed Category A, B, and C works. Hallam Read collaborated with Albert Browne to engage a developer, ensuring efficient construction oversight. Delivered to high specifications, the facility enhances operational efficiency and client engagement.
