Conversion of a former public house into two executive homes, alongside the construction of six individually designed properties. Secured through repeat business with an existing client, the project involved ongoing liaison with the local community and collaboration with the new landlord. Throughout the build, the scheme evolved to incorporate bespoke elements tailored to the client’s vision, resulting in eight uniquely designed homes that meet their specific criteria.
