Richer Sounds Residental Apartments

Conversion of an existing office block into residential units, awarded through a competitive tender. The project spanned three floors above an active retail unit, requiring daily coordination with the store manager to ensure uninterrupted trade. Works included a full strip-out, replacement windows, re-rendering, a new bitumen roof, and a complete internal fit-out, creating seven studio apartments and a 10-bedroom cluster flat.
