Refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed executive home within a conservation area. Originally built in the 1600s, the structure required extensive restoration, including timber replacement, window refurbishment, and a new Welsh slate roof. The rear extension used ironstone to match the existing building, with a high-specification interior fit-out. External works included new roads, driveways, and landscaping. The project also featured a luxury indoor swimming pool complex, spa, steam room, gym, and a double garage with a carport and attic storage.
