Cossington Executive Home

Design and build of a bespoke, high-specification prestigious home in a conservation area, requiring careful navigation of sensitive planning conditions, including protected tree felling, newt protection, and bat surveys. The construction featured concrete mini piles, reconstituted stone, underfloor heating, smart power, data and server installation, and a glass atrium for natural lighting. The interior was finished to an exceptional standard, incorporating bespoke wardrobes, a high-end kitchen, and individually designed bathrooms.
