Burleys Way Residential Units

Conversion of an existing office block into residential units, awarded through a competitive tender via MDA Consulting. The project involved integrating three different structures and adding an additional storey using a timber-framed solution for lightness and structural integrity. Spanning four floors, the works included a full strip-out, replacement windows, re-rendering, façade remedial works, a new bitumen roof, and a complete internal fit-out to create 42 apartments.
