This project was delivered within 52 weeks and included the design and installation of an additional floor to the existing property. We managed to increase the clients value of the project by demonstrating that the refurbishment of the existing property was far more beneficial than demolishing the structure and building new.

The building was phase 1 of a 3 phase development by Miller Birch to centralise Experians Nottingham Operations. The building had extensive glazing with strict air tightness requirements and chilled ceiling installation. Being staff focussed, Experian provided high quality break out and external spaces to meet and work within.
