DESIGN & BUILD OF AN EXECUTIVE HOME

Project Detail: Design and build of a bespoke, highly specified, prestigious home.
This project was situated in a conservation area which attracted sensitive planning conditions and included the felling of protected trees, protection of newts and bat surveys.
The construction activities included concrete mini piles, reconstituted stone, under floor heating, smart power, data and server installation and a glass atrium providing natural lighting to the centre of the building.
The internal finishes were of a very high specification and standard, which included inbuilt wardrobes, a high end kitchen and individually designed bathrooms.

Size: 200 ft2
Project Detail: Large single storey extension with a 6m bi-folding aluminium door.
This project was won under a competitive tender and was awarded through Walters Architects in Leicester.
The project consisted on two frameless roof-lights, single-ply membrane roof and steels over 500kg in weight.
We worked within a live environment and ensured the property was separated from the building elements during the construction process.
RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION FROM OFFICE
Client: Richer Sounds
Location: London Road, Leicester
Size: 7 studios and 10 bed cluster flat
Project Detail: Conversion of an existing office block into residential units.
This project was won under a competitive tender and was awarded through Richer Sounds.
This project was built over the top of an existing retail unit (Richer Sounds) where we had daily liaison with the Store Manger to make sure their trade wasn’t affected.
The conversion took over 3 floors and included strip out of all existing walls and ceilings, replacement windows, re-rendered, new bitumen roof and a complete internal fit out to accommodate 7
studios and a 10 bedroom cluster flat.
